ロンドンにある女性の悩みに特化した個人経営のマッサージ・ウェルネスSPA。
もともと別のデザイナーがWixで作成したサイトがあったが、クライアント自身は気に入っておらず、スマホ用に調整もされていなかった。別のデザイナーはレスポンスも遅く不信感があったので、別のデザイナーに改修を頼みたいとご依頼。
問い合わせ後、まずどんなサービスを行なっていて、どんなデザインのサイトに変えていきたいかを詳しくヒアリング。
大きく改善した点としては、 元のデザインではただ導線としてリンク置かれてるだけのTOPページから、どんなコンセプトでどんなサービスを行なっているSPAなのかを説明するセクションを追加。 せっかく素敵なコンセプトで行なっているのにTOPページで言及しないことによりユーザーに魅力を正しく伝えられてなかったところから、きちんと言及することで、このSPAでサービスを受ける価値を正しくユーザーに伝えられるようになりました。
また、元々文字が羅列されているだけだったページは情報を整理、レイアウトを見やすく調整、写真を追加、見出し本文の抑揚など、細かくすることで、ユーザーが読みやすく惹きつけられるサイトを実現しました。
クライアントは今までは自分らしさを感じないサイトで満足できなかったが、今は自分らしさがすごく出ていて、大変気に入ったと高評価をいただき、他のクライアントまでご紹介していただきました。
This project was for an independently owned massage and wellness spa in London specializing in women's health.
The client already had a Wix website created by another designer but was unhappy with the design. They asked me to redesign and improve the existing website.
Before starting the project, I conducted a detailed consultation to understand the spa's services and the type of website the client wanted to create.
One of the main improvements was the homepage. Previously, it mainly functioned as a collection of navigation links and did not explain the spa's concept or services. I added new sections introducing the spa's philosophy and offerings, making it easier for visitors to understand the value of the business.
I also reorganized the content, improved the layout, added photography, and refined the typography and visual hierarchy. These changes made the website more engaging, easier to read, and more visually appealing.
The client was very pleased with the redesign, saying the new website finally reflected their personality and vision. They later recommended my services to another client.
